- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil ( you can use Italian mix herbs seasoning)
- 1/4 tsp Crushed re pepper or paprika
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Whisk together all the ingredients . Use as required.
- Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
- May store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
