Green and Red Chilli Sauce
Ingredients:
- 250 grams red chilli
- 250 grams green chilli
- Ginger
- Garlic
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Cup Water
- 5 tsp Salt
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Cup vinegar
Instructions:
- Wash Red & Green Chilies, wipe & chop them.
- For Red Chilli Sauce, take a pan add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilies, Garlic, Ginger & saute them.
- Then aad Water & cook it on medium flame.
- Add Sugar & Salt then mix them. Keep them for cooling down.
- Addt Vinegar & grind.
- Strain & store Red Chilli Sauce in a fresh glass bottle.
- For Green Chilli Sauce, take a pan add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilies, Garlic, Ginger & saute them.
- Then add Water & cook it on medium flame.
- Add Sugar & Salt then mix them. Keep them for cooling down.
- Add Vinegar & grind .
- Strain & store Green Chilli Sauce in a fresh glass bottle.
