Amritsari Nutri Kulcha Recipe
Ingredients:
For Boiling Nutri:
- 150 grams Cup Soya Chunks
- 50 grams Soya Granules
- 1 Tea Bag
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Boiling Water
For Gravy:
- 4-5 Tomatoes
- 4-5 Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Coriander stem
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
- 1/2 Cup Fried Onion Paste
- 2 tsp Maggi Masala -ae Magic
- 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Anardana
- 2 tbps Refined Oil
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1-inch Cinnamon sticks
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 5 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 2 Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 300 gams Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- Ginger and Chilli Julliens
- 3 Green Capsicum, chopped
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp kasori Methi
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Lemon Juice
