Ingredients:

• 25o grams         Paneer
• 1 Cup                Sugar
• 1/2 Cup             Water
• 2 tbsp                Rose Syrup
• 1 tbsp                Milk

Instructions:

1. Cut the paneer into small cubes.

2. For the syrup, cook the sugar with one cup of water, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves.

3. Add the milk. Collect the scum, which rises to the surface with a ladle, and discard. Cook the syrup till it attains a one-string consistency.

4. Add the Rose syrup and cottage cheese and cook till the syrup coats the cubes well. 

5. Remove from heat, Keep swirling the pan till the cubes are thickly coated with the syrup and separated from each other.

6. Take out the chena murki and place in a plate.
7. Relish this amazing dish to satisfy your cravings.
