Dry roast sesame seeds on a low flame til it splutters. Keep it aside.
In a pan, add ghee or oil, and chopped jaggery. Let it cook on low flame until it melts.
Now, add sesame seeds, pistachio, cashew and rose petals and mix well.Switch off flame.
Spread mix on baking paper or a greased tray.Press evenly.
After 5 minutes Draw incisions.
Let it cool completely and enjoy!! Store in an airtight container and is good for 2-3 weeks.
Note :
Make sure that you make the incisions when the mixture is hot.Once it cools.it will set within few seconds and you will not be able to roll it on the board.
