Ingredients:
For Dough
- 2 Cups All purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
For Filling
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Carrots, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Beans, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Capsicum, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cabbage, chopped
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
For Chilly Momos
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Green Capsicum, diced
- 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Chilli Paste
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Instructions :
To prepare Dough:
- Add all the ingredients of the dough.
- Add water gradually and knead a soft dough for 10 minutes.
- Make small balls and keep aside.
To Prepare Filling:
- Take oil in a pan . Saute garlic and ginger.
- Add all the vegetables and saute for 2 minute.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add vinegar and Soy Sauce. Mix well and keep aside.
To Prepare Chilly Momos :
- Take a ball and roll it to a small circle.
- Keep 2 teaspoons of prepared filling in it.
- Pleat and shape to a momo. Repeat the same with remaining dough.
- Steam Cook for 10 minutes.
- Shallow fry the momos.
- Take 1 tsp of oil add chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
- Add diced onion and capsicum.
- Add Tomato Ketchup, Chili Paste and Soy Sauce. Mix Well.
- Add the fried momos and coat the sauce properly,
- Serve Hot.
