Eggless Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp Castor Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Choco Chips
Wet Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tsp Vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees and line mufin cups with papers.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Mix Choco chips. Keep aside.
- Mix all the wet ingredients together.
- Now slowly add the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients mixture.
- Do not Overmix.
- Mix with spoon only do not use beater.
- Pour into the moulds and bake for 18-20 minutes till the skewer comes clean.
