Ingredients :

• 200 grams           Fresh Noodles
• 1                          Onion Sliced
• 1                          Carrot (Cut in Juliennes)
• 7                          Beans (Sliced diagonally)
• 1                          Capsicum (Sliced thinly)
• 1/2 Cup               Cabbage (Shredded)
• 1/2 tsp                 White Pepper
• 1 tbsp                  Oil
• 2 tsp                    Red Chilli Sauce
• 1 tbsp                  Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp                 Dark Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp                  Schezwan Sauce
• Salt to taste

Instructions :

1. Heat oil, add all the vegetables and stir fry on high heat, till slightly tender.
2. In a bowl mix  Red Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Schezwan Sauce and 2 tbsp water.
3. Add Salt, pepper and the above sauce mixture. Mix Well.
4. Add boiled Noodles and toss well, till noodles are thoroughly heated.
