Grind the Biscuits to a fine powder.
Add melted butter, nutella, brown sugar and cocoa powder. Mix Well.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the spring form pan.
Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix Agar Agar with 2 tbsp of water and keep aside.
In a pan combine strawberries, sugar and little water.
Cook till the strawberries are soft . Puree.
Add vanilla extract and slowly slowly add dissolved Agar Agar .
Gently Cook over low heat till Agar Agar is completely dissolved.
In a bowl beat the chilled heavy cream till soft peaks.
Beat Cream Cheese and Sugar. Add 1/2 Cup Strawberry Sauce. Mix Well.
Fold the whipped cream into the cheese cake batter until just combined.
Pour the batter into the pan. Refrigerate , uncovered until set at lest for 4 hours.
Pour the reserved strawberry topping over the cheesecake.
Place the cheesecake in refrigerator until the topping is set.
Top with fresh berries.
Yummy Strawberry cheesecake is ready to serve.
