Ingredients:
1/2 Cup instant coffee
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Water
Method:
In a bowl add coffee and sugar.
Pour water and start beating .
Beating is very important can use electric beater also if you have.
Beat till its colour lighten and you can see the froth layer on the top.
Heat the 3/4 th cup milk and bring to boil.
Now blend the milk to become frothy.
Pour the 1 tbsp of Beaten Coffee in a mug add half milk in the cup containing coffee.
Stir in between now add the remaining milk along with the frothy layer.
Server cafe style coffee.
Sprinkle some cinnamon or cocoa powder on top (optional).
Store the Beaten Coffee in airtight container in Refrigerator. Use as and when required
