Just before serving arrange papdis in a serving plate.
Top each papdi with boiled potatoe.
Drizzle green chutney . Add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion.
Sprinkle Chaat Masala, Red chilli powder, Salt.
Drizzle Tamarind Chutney.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup sev , Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds and Coriander Leaves.
Sev puri chaat is ready for serving. Serve it immediately to get the crispy taste of puri and sev with chutneys. Assemble it at the time of serving because it will turn soggy within few minutes.
