Savoury Muffins | Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Green Capsicum , chopped
- 1 tbsp Yellow Capsicum, chopped
- 1 tbsp Red Capsicum, chopped
- 1 tbsp Corn
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- 3 tsp Refined Oil
- 3/4 th Cup Curd
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt & Pepper.
- Now add all the chopped vegetabls Capsicums, Corn, Spinach, Feta Cheese and Mix Well.
- Add Refined Oil and Curd into the mixture and mix well.
- If the batter is too thick add the water to adjust the consistency.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the muffins moulds. fill 3/4th only.
- Garnish with chopped vegetables.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
