Recipe
Hung Curd Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped
1/2 Cup Hung Curd
1 tsp Garlic, chrushed
1 tsp Red Capsicum, Chopped
1 tsp Green Capsicum, Chopped
1 tsp Coriander, Chopped
1 tsp Mint Leaves, Chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Method:
Squeeze out exess water from the cucumber.
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve.
Serve with Crackes or wafers.
