Chilli Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Green Chilli, Chopped
1 tbsp Red Capsicum, Chopped
1 tbsp Green Capsicum, Chopped
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
4 Bread Slices
Butter to spread on slices
Method:
In a mixing bowl Add grated cheese, chopped vegetables, chopped green chillie.
Add Oregano, Salt and Pepper. Mix Well.
Slightly Toast the Bread Pieces .
Spread cheese mixture on bread evenly.
Preheat the Oven at 180 degrees and Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Or alternatively add butter on tawa, place bread slice.Cover lid and cook on low flame until cheese melts completely (takes 3-4 min).
Veg chilli cheese toast is ready.
