Cut each potato in half lengthways, then cut each half in half lengthways again, and then cut each half in half lengthways again until you have 8 wedges. (Make sure they are about the same thickness and size).
Transfer to a bowl and mix all the spices and rice flour . So that they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese.
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a baking tray ,skin-sides-down .
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 35 minutes, turning wedges half way through baking time, until golden, crisp and cooked through when tested with a fork.
Another Way you can also fry the wedges. For that heat the oil in a pan and fry the wedges on medium to high flame till golden brown and crispy.
