Ingredients:
For 6 glasses
- 12 Lemons
- 3 tbsp Ginger Juice
- 12 tbsp Sugar
- Few freh mint springs
- chilled Water
- Ice Cubes
For Shikanji Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Roasted cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Amchoor Powder
Method:
- Take out the juice from all the lemons.
Lemon Shikanji :-
- In a blender jar, blend together the lemon juice, sugar, chilled water and ice cubes.
- serve in a tall glass.
Ginger - Lemon Shikanji:-
- In a blender jar, blend together the lemon juice, ginger juice, sugar, chilled water and ice cubes.
- Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes, mint leaves and a slice of ginger.
Mint-Lemon Shikanji:-
- In a blender jar, blend together the lemon juice, ginger juice, mint leaves, sugar, chilled water and ice cubes.
- Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes, mint leaves and lemon slices.
Shikanji masala :-
- In a bowl mix the Shikanji Masala ingredients together and sprinkle on top of your Shikanji.
