Pachranga Style Mix Pickel
Ingredients:
- 500 grams Carrots
- 200 grams Ginger
- 500 grams Lemon
- 500 grams Raw mango
- 200 grams Green chillies
- 2 tbsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Black Salt
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Hing ( Asafoetida )
- 1 tbsp Feennel Seeds ( Saunf)
- 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds ( MethiDana )
- 1 cup Mustard Oil
Method:
- Wash all the vegetables and keep them to dry properly.
- Cut Carrots length wise.
- Cut Ginger into small jullians.
- Cut Lemons into halves.
- Cut raw mango into square pieces.
- Cut Green chilies lengthwise
- Mix all the vegetables in big vessel.
- Mix All the spices and grind them Coarsely.
- Mix Spices, Mustard Oil and all the vegetables properly.
- Add juicevof 5 lemons. Mix well.
- Transfer it to a Glass container.
- Keep it in sunlight for 5 days and stir daily with clean spoon.
- Spicy Pachranga Style mix Pickel is ready to eat.
