Tikona mathri | Triangular Mathri
Ingredients:
- 1 cup All purpose flour (maida)
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain ( Carom Seeds )
- Warm water
- Salt to taste
- Few whole black pepper
- Oil - for deep frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients (except oil for frying) and make a fine dough.
- Divide the dough in small parts. Take 1 part and flatten it.
- Now fold it to make a triangle and again flatten it. Pierce 1 black pepper in mid and fry it in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown.
