- 1 medium Apple, cubed or grated
- 2 cups Oats
- 1 cup Pomegranate pearls fresh
- 1 cup Apple juice/orange juice/any fruit juice
- 10-12 Almonds toasted
- 10-12 Walnuts toasted
- 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Banana, chopped
- 1/4 cup Raisins
Take oats in a bowl. Add apple juice and Keep aside for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grate apple and add to the soaked oats. Mix well.
Cut almonds into slivers and roughly chop walnuts.
Reserve some of the nuts and raisins for garnishing and add the remaining to the oats along with yogurt and honey. Mix well.
Add pomegranate pearls, Banana and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
Serve chilled garnished with reserved nuts.
