Ingredients:
- 1 cup Macaroni ( Boiled & Cooled)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple , chopped
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Red chilli Peppers, chopped
- 4 tbsp Black Olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp celery, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Method:
- Mix Italian dressing with mayonnaise and mix with the vegetables and fruits.
- Chill it in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve it on the bed of lettuce.
Variation:
Mix 1 cup macaroni, 1/2 cup tinned pineapple, 1/2 cup mango pieces and 1/2 cup Cucumber and mix it with the italian dressing and mayonnaise mixture. Serve chilled.
