Vegetarian Sanani Kababs
Ingredients:
1 cup Black Channa/ masoor ki dal
1 Onion , chopped
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
1 Green chilli, chopped
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tbsp Cornflour
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil Black channa and grind it.
Add green chillies, onions, Coriander leaves, salt, garam masala, dry mango powder and corn flour. Mix well.
Make flat rounds in the shape and fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
