Ingredients :
(Table or Cottage Cheese)
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Onion, chopped
- 2 Breads
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
Method:
- Mix Cheese, onions,and chilli sauce.
- Remove the crest from the bread and roll the slices.
- Spread the butter on slices.
- spread the cheese mixture on bread and roll up each slice lightly and fasten with toothpick.
- Brush the rolls with melted butter and bake it in hot oven till golden brown.
Variation:
Instead of cheese you can use mixed vegetable as fillings.
