Instant Ginder Pickle with Lemon Juice
Ingredients:
- 100 gm Ginger
- 6 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Zeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method:
- Firstly we want Fresh raw ginger to make ginger pickle.
- Wash, peel and cut ginger into slices.
- Squeeze out all lemon juice in pan.
- Add Sugar into the juice and heat till sugar melts.
- Add ginger and cook for two minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Black Salt, Black Pepper, Zeera Powder and Salt.
- Stir well. After few minutes you will see white color of ginger is turning into pink color.
- Let it cool and pickle is ready to serve.
