Ingredients:
- 225 gms Whole wheat flour
- 150 gm Powdered Sugar
- 140 gm Biscuit Margarine
- 1 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp Glucose Powder
- 1 tbsp Custard Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Ammonia
- 100 gm Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Method:
1. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add milk powder, glucose powder and custard powder.
3. Beat well for 1-2 minutes.
4. Mix milk with baking ammonia and gradually add to the above mixture while beating.
5. Add flour, Cardamom powder and baking powder.
6. Mix lightly.
7. Fill mixture in piping bag with large basket weave nozzle.
8. Pipe biscuits on tray.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 15 minutes.
